We are fully committed to providing first class service to all our customers on all the machines we sell or hire. We understand how important it is for you to keep working. Via a network of field and workshop engineers, we are able to provide essential backup across the south of England. Our main office is near Guildford, Surrey but we also have service centres across the South East including in Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent.

We offer a full Parts and Spares service on all machines that we sell.
Our on-line parts shop includes a range of our top-selling parts for Timberwolf Chippers, Rayco Stump-grinders, Energreen Robo Machines and Norcar wheeled Miniloaders. Most of these items listed in this part shop are in stock at our Guildford depot and if you order before 2pm, we can usually ship you the item the same day by first class post or courier.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on-line, please give us a call on 01483 235111 and we will source it for you. We are likely to have it in our depot stores so can usually send it out to you overnight.
